Pick one day to create a journal page based on everything you did that day. It can be a special day, a typical weekend day or just an ordinary day in your life. Write it, draw it, embellish it!
You could:
List everything you did from sun up to sun down.
Create a time log and correlate each activity with the time you did it
Divide the day into morning, noon, and night and correlate the activities you did to each timeframe.
Highlight some of the exciting things you did that day and illustrate them.
